About Lindsey

Counseling & Therapy

Approach

I help Christian adults who are feeling stuck in their faith or weighed down by anxiety or depression find their way back to living a life that they love. Through faith-based counseling, I combine clinical tools with Biblical principles to help clients manage their thoughts, regulate emotions, and strengthen their relationship with God as a source of hope and peace.

Every story is unique and therefore every client is unique. My goal is to provide a safe space to share your story free of judgement. Together we will set goals and monitor progress towards those goals. You are in the driver’s seat to determine what you need from counseling services.

Seeking out counseling takes bravery. You are courageous for even considering taking this step. There is a weight lifted when we choose to walk in the light and own our story but you do not have to do it alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you learn how to keep moving forward in the healthiest way possible.

“If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.”
